崗位職責(zé)：

  1. 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略方向，設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)相關(guān)工藝與產(chǎn)品，并完成驗(yàn)證工作。工作內(nèi)容包括不限于以下：產(chǎn)品方案與工藝路線的制定，產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程的組織與實(shí)施，產(chǎn)品的組裝與調(diào)試，產(chǎn)品性能與可靠性測(cè)試與分析等；
  2. 對(duì)外與客戶對(duì)接，明確客戶技術(shù)需求，對(duì)內(nèi)進(jìn)行技術(shù)任務(wù)分解并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)快速響應(yīng)完成客戶所需產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)；
  3. 根據(jù)NPI流程要求，完成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程的技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)、規(guī)避和管理，解決產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中遇到的技術(shù)問題，確保產(chǎn)品的性能穩(wěn)定和長(zhǎng)期可靠性，并導(dǎo)入批量生產(chǎn)；
  4. 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)生產(chǎn)前的技術(shù)文檔撰寫如DFMEA，DV，SOP等，完成對(duì)生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；
  5. 從模組或系統(tǒng)技術(shù)維度出發(fā)，提出對(duì)相關(guān)器件的改進(jìn)需求推動(dòng)公司相關(guān)器件產(chǎn)品線的優(yōu)化與迭代。

任職要求：

  1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，碩士或者博士。光學(xué)、激光、精密儀器及相關(guān)專業(yè)；
  2. 3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(博士學(xué)歷或優(yōu)秀者可放松)，有成功的激光或者光學(xué)工藝、模塊、系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)立分析和解決開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題；
  3. 可熟練使用ZEMAX, LightTools等光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行光學(xué)分析；
  4. 有較為豐富的高可靠性產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證和導(dǎo)入批量生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有較強(qiáng)的質(zhì)量意識(shí)與理念；
  5. 具有強(qiáng)烈的工作積極性和責(zé)任心，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，具有良好的溝通協(xié)作能力；
  6. 良好的英語能力，可以將英文作為工作語言。
