崗位職責：

  1. 根據(jù)設計要求開展光學設計、公差分析及雜散光分析工作；
  2. 在研發(fā)項目設計階段，組織光學方案評審；
  3. 指導工程師或操作人員進行光學元器件的裝配與調(diào)試；
  4. 深入走訪供應商及生產(chǎn)線，識別并解決相關設計問題；
  5. 主導光學應用新材料的開發(fā)；
  6. 制定光學設計規(guī)范及光學元器件設計標準，并分享光學基礎知識。

任職要求：

  1. 學歷與專業(yè)：碩士及以上學歷，光學設計、光學工程及相關專業(yè)，優(yōu)先考慮有海外留學經(jīng)歷的碩士或博士；
  2. 理論基礎：具備扎實的幾何光學和物理光學理論知識，熟悉激光原理；
  3. 項目經(jīng)驗：有激光整形設計、高功率激光精密加工系統(tǒng)設計、成像系統(tǒng)設計經(jīng)驗；
  4. 工藝認知：熟悉光學元器件加工工藝和光機系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)技術；
  5. 綜合能力：能夠獨立完成光學系統(tǒng)設計工作，具備團隊合作精神、較強的創(chuàng)新意識以及分析和解決問題的能力；
  6. 軟件技能：精通ZEMAX、MATLAB、VirtualLab等光學設計與分析工具；
  7. 編程能力：具備較強的C#或Python編程能力，能夠編寫宏代碼并對光學軟件進行二次開發(fā)以提升設計仿真效率，具備較強的AI應用能力；
  8. 語言能力：英語可作為工作語言。

加分項：

  1. 具備衍射光學元件（DOE）光學設計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
  2. 光學設計專業(yè)實力突出的頂尖高校畢業(yè)（碩士、博士學歷）。
