干法蝕刻工藝工程師（應屆生）

崗位職責：

  1. 負責蝕刻工藝開發(fā)與優(yōu)化，維護蝕刻生產(chǎn)線的日常穩(wěn)定運行，處理生產(chǎn)過程中的工藝異常，確保關(guān)鍵尺寸（CD）、側(cè)壁陡直度、粗糙度和蝕刻速率達到設(shè)計規(guī)格。主導新產(chǎn)品的蝕刻工藝導入，制定標準作業(yè)流程（SOP）和工藝控制計劃（CP）；
  2. 負責蝕刻機臺（如RIE反應離子蝕刻機或濕法蝕刻臺）的工藝調(diào)試、日常監(jiān)控和故障初步排查；
  3. 針對蝕刻后產(chǎn)生的缺陷（如黑硅、微負載效應、殘留物、側(cè)壁損傷）進行根本原因分析，并提出改善措施。配合產(chǎn)品工程師和測試工程師，持續(xù)提升良率；
  4. 熟練使用臺階儀，白光干涉儀等測量設(shè)備進行工藝監(jiān)控；
  5. 具備基礎(chǔ)的統(tǒng)計學知識（SPC統(tǒng)計過程控制、DOE實驗設(shè)計），并能運用相關(guān)軟件（如JMP, Minitab）分析數(shù)據(jù)。

任職要求：

  1. 學歷與專業(yè)：本科及以上學歷，材料科學與工程、微電子、電子信息，物理學、應用化學、光學工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
  2. 核心能力：具有較好的邏輯思維能力、數(shù)學思維能力、學習溝通能力及承壓能力；
  3. 職業(yè)素養(yǎng)：具備良好團隊協(xié)作意識、對工作負責，積極主動，結(jié)果導向，具備實戰(zhàn)精神；
  4. 工具與語言：熟練運用OFFICE辦公軟件；具備較好英文溝通能力、英文讀寫能力。

加分項：

  1. 光電設(shè)計大賽、物理實驗競賽等經(jīng)歷，制作過實物作品；
  2. 知名企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造相關(guān)的實習經(jīng)歷；
  3. 熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949質(zhì)量體系，具備FMEA失效模式與影響分析編寫經(jīng)驗。
